Coach Sean is an experienced hockey professional who has dedicated the last five years to working in youth development, learning the advancements of instruction and training from ADM to Junior level athletes. He is a level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach with playing experience at every level including USHL, NCAA Division 1, ECHL, AHL, and International competition.

Coach Sean believes acquiring and mastering new skills requires a layered approach rooted in repetition. Introduction to the skill first allows an athlete to feel success in a controlled, well-executed environment. Then the athlete can practice the skill in motion, sometimes combined with other skills or against light pressure, exposing bad habits and coaching opportunities. Finally, the player will be asked to execute the skill at full-game speed against pressure, allowing for decision-making and problem-solving.
